My roots come from traditional Mexican cooking. I grew up around meals made from family recipes, simple ingredients, and time spent together at the table. At Chula, I serve Mexican food the way it is prepared in many homes across Mexico. Our menu includes street tacos, mole, chile colorado, breakfast favorites, soups, and classic Tex-Mex dishes made fresh every day.
From Experience to My Own Restaurant
Before opening Chula, I was part of the ownership team at 4G’s, where I learned how meaningful food service can be. I wanted to create my own restaurant where guests feel like neighbors instead of customers.
