Chula on Broadway Cocina Mexicana was founded by Myrna Soltero Diaz, who brought her love for traditional Mexican cuisine to Englewood, Colorado. Previously part of the ownership team of 4G's, Myrna established Chula to offer a cozy and inviting space where locals and visitors alike can enjoy authentic Mexican dishes. Our restaurant is named in honor of Chula, a beloved chihuahua who embodied the warmth and charm that we strive to bring to our guests every day. Since opening, we've become a cherished part of the Englewood community, known for our dedication to quality and a genuine appreciation for our customers.
